this morning i got a call and i just hung up straight away, but then they rang me back after a few mins so i picked up. the lady asked if i still pay for my gas and electric by card and keypad, i told her yes. then she started talking about switching me over to a smart meter and wanted my info. nope, not interested!! i’m quite happy with how i handle it, just popping down to the shop and all. i told her no thanks! sounded like a typical call centre, can tell by the way they spoke. they ring me pretty much daily, sometimes twice a day, it’s proper annoying how they keep pestering me.

Answered the call, could hear some noises in the background, then they just hung up on me.

Every time I pick up, the caller just hangs up on me. This number keeps ringing but never stays on the line. Proper annoying!

Got a call from some lot saying they're from Utilita Pay As You Go energy. Some geezer going by Sharmay called up asking if I've still got a prepay meter and said they want to switch me to a smart meter. I just lost it and told ’em I’m with British Gas and happy as it is. Makes me wonder how many others have fallen for this nonsense? Oh, and apparently they’re based in Chesterfield. The number they used looked dodgy as well.
