Received a call from this number today (March 2018), and my phone identified it as "international." However, upon examining the digits, it appeared to be a UK number. Oddly enough, I ended up with a silent call. I tried contacting BT for a call-back, but they refused, which makes me wonder if they're aware of something we aren’t. Are we dealing with some con artists here?

I reckon it’s some PPI refund lot calling me. I told them to stop ringing me and said they’d sort it, but I’ve still had a couple of calls from them in the last few weeks. Proper annoying!
