For ages, I kept getting calls from Amber Windows, but they always asked for someone with a name close to mine, though never quite right. Just recently, I’ve started receiving calls from what looks like the same company again, so maybe they’ve shared my details with another firm or they’ve combined businesses - I can’t say for certain. It feels like a proper GDPR problem though, especially since I’ve told them multiple times over the past five years to delete my details from their system.

A few years back I scheduled a meeting with First Choice Windows, but they completely missed it. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I arranged a second appointment, but no one showed up again. After that, I rang them to cancel any future contact, but they keep ringing anyway. Most of the time it’s just silent calls that hang up, but when I've managed to speak to someone, they promise to take me off their list. That never happens, and today I got another silent ring. Since I’ve asked them to erase my info, I reckon they’re breaking GDPR rules, so that’s what I’ll be pursuing next.

Avoid First Choice Windows! They keep ringing up loads of times, even on mobiles, bugging folks who just asked for a quote but didn’t end up buying anything. They've really crossed the line with the constant calls. Definitely worth reporting to Ofcom for this annoying behaviour.

These lot from First Choice Cold Calling have been ringing me off and on for a while now. My husband got pressured into agreeing to a quote for facia and soffits, which was a right hassle. I ended up ringing them back straight away to tell them not to bother coming round. The very next day, they gave me a bell again asking if they could drop by for the quote. I warned them I'd call the police if they showed up uninvited. Yet, here they are still pestering me!
