The caller had my name and was trying to confirm my date of birth and address as a way to verify who I was. I refused to share that info. When I asked what the call was about, they said they couldn’t tell me anything unless I first confirmed the DOB and address. Bit suspicious to me.

I got a call from someone saying they were Barclays. When I asked what the call was about, they just ignored me and then tried to find out my name and where I lived. Not having it, so I've blocked the number straight away.
