This woman called asking about loft insulation, but she wouldn’t believe me when I said I'd already had it done. She kept arguing and wouldn’t drop it. She went off-topic after that, saying stuff that didn’t make much sense. Then she told me someone would be in touch in a couple of days regarding condensation before just hanging up on me.
