Got a call from this number - 01902 952035 - and they claimed to be from some third party working with Aviva, saying there'd been a break-in at my home. They even used my middle name, which made me suspicious straight away. I told them I’m not insured with Aviva and that nothing like that had happened. The woman on the phone started hesitating and stumbled over her words before apologising and saying she'd verify the details with Aviva. Honestly, it felt like a total scam. Don’t hand over any info to these sorts of calls - ask questions or just hang up.
