I keep gettin calls loads every day, like 5 times or more, and even at night it rings loads. I just dont pick up cos its really annoying. Feels like harrassment to me.

Someone’s been ringing my elderly mum almost every day, on this and other numbers, and she has severe vascular dementia. They never say a word, but it’s really distressing her. I’ve contacted Vanquis, where the calls seem to be coming from, and spoke to the CEO’s PA, letting her know we’ll be filing a restraining order against her boss - amusingly named CROOK - under the 1997 Harassment Act. If the calls don’t stop after that, we’ll take it back to the courts for criminal charges against CROOK. Maybe the idea of losing his job and picking up a criminal record will make him think twice - though I’m not holding my breath...
