I received a call regarding a payment that they claim I should receive. However, I've never been associated with them in any capacity! They requested my date of birth and then abruptly ended the call. Quite peculiar, to say the least!

Complete con job! I picked up the call since I was familiar with the area code, but they just cut off instantly. It feels like a trick to verify if the number’s in use, probably to pass it along to other dodgy telemarketers for nuisance calls like PPI or those annoying “we hear you’ve had an accident” messages.

I received a couple of calls from this number today. The first one was a bit odd; they asked whether I had ever been employed in a loud environment. I told them no, and they promptly ended the call. The second time they rang, they claimed to be offering a National Insurance refund and wanted to schedule an appointment for it. It all seemed rather dodgy to me. I received a rather perplexing call the other day, where the person on the other end inquired if I was employed in a rather raucous manufacturing environment. Upon clarifying that her details were quite mistaken and that I’ve consistently held office positions, she simply terminated the conversation. How incredibly discourteous! I've decided that I shan't entertain her calls in the future.

I keep receiving calls that hang up almost immediately after I hear a bit of background hubbub from what sounds like a call centre. It's rather perplexing who could be on the other end!
