Blimey, yet another foreigner has given us a ring! Can’t believe it!

Received yet another call from a blighter claiming there's an issue with our computer. As soon as we mentioned getting the police involved, they hung up sharpish!

We received a call from this number earlier this evening. Strangely, the caller didn't leave any details or a message! How frustrating!

I’ve recently received a call from this lot, and they were rather pushy, to say the least. After allowing them to babble on for a minute, I eventually let them know we weren’t keen on what they were offering.

I just got a call from this number, but there was nobody on the other end. I suspect this is just the first of several calls I'm likely to receive. However, after seeing these reviews, I've decided not to respond to any future attempts.

Got a call from someone claiming to be with PC Premium, said they could sort out my laptop issues. Not foolish enough at my age to get caught by that!

A call from this number showed up on my landline, but the area code was totally unfamiliar to me. When I answered, I stayed silent and heard nothing back. Curious, I pressed a few buttons hoping to get a response. Eventually, a man speaking with an Indian accent asked repeatedly, "Is Mr Bob there? Mr Bob?" then he just ended the call. I have no one named Mr Bob living here, and I’m baffled as to how they got my phone number in the first place!

No need to panic! Our computers are fine, this is just some scam. Best thing to do is just block the number and tell them you’ve informed the police. They’ll stop calling you soon enough.

This bloke said he was calling from Computer Wizard. Told me there was a major issue with my PC but he could sort it out. I told him I’m on the TPS list yet he didn’t seem to care and carried on anyway.

I got this number from 1471 after some guy from India called me out of the blue, saying he’d do a free check and fix on my computer. I kept asking why he’d picked me and if there’d be any cost, and he kept saying my number was flagged as having a PC problem - and that it would be free. I humoured him for around ten minutes, then he hit me with the catch: he wanted to get remote access to my PC to “inspect it from his side.” Basically, he was pretending to run a scan while snooping through my personal info. Ended up just chuckling and hanging up straight away.

I've been getting calls from a guy claiming to be from India, usually a few times each week, sometimes more often last year. He keeps asking for different people at my house. He tries to get you to say your bank card details out loud, acting like he's just verifying them, but it feels really sketchy. He also rings up saying my computer or internet has problems. Quite pushy and even a bit rude at times. Just a heads up, don't trust this bloke!

Some bloke from India called me, seemed dodgy and was trying to fish for my bank info. Definitely don’t fall for his tricks. Hope the authorities nab him and he gets sent home.
