Today, I received a phone call from an individual who was evidently not from around here and was trying to sell me a new energy contract. It was abundantly clear that he hadn’t the faintest idea what he was on about, and when I asked him about the company he claimed to represent, he was utterly flummoxed. It felt like a shoddy attempt at a scam, to be honest.
