They didn’t bother to leave a voicemail, so I’m thinking it’s probably a scam.

I've been getting loads of calls from this number lately but whenever I pick up, no one speaks. The same thing happens with 01900411311 and 01900411315. It's quite frustrating!

They disconnected straight away... definitely a scam!

Hello there, I must say it's quite frustrating to pick up the phone only to find silence on the other end. I've tried returning the calls, only to be met with a robotic voice instead of a real person. This has left me questioning whether I might be falling victim to some sort of scam. What a nuisance!

Keeps ringing my phone a bunch but never says anything or leaves a voicemail.

100% a dodgy number! Best to ignore it; they'll lose interest before too long.

I received a missed call from this number, but they ended up calling me back later on. They had a bit of an accent that sounded foreign, and they mentioned wanting to discuss “the website.” I was curious and asked for more details, specifically which website they meant and who they were representing. The response was a bit muddled, and I couldn’t make out exactly what they said. They continued by offering a complimentary website audit, which I politely declined. After that, they promptly hung up. It’s possible that the call was legitimate, but when I searched the company name I thought I heard, it doesn’t appear to operate in the IT sector at all. Very peculiar!

We too encountered that message on our site. Simply brushed it off!

The number wasn’t saved in my contacts, so I chose not to pick up and just went ahead and blocked it.

Keeping things private is super important, and I'd have been really annoyed if they’d told my receptionists what the call was about. They were actually quite useful though.

Earlier, we received an unexpected phone call inquiring about our website. The caller insisted on speaking directly to the owner. Naturally, I requested some clarification about the purpose of his call, but he was rather evasive and wouldn’t share any specifics. I then suggested he send an email to our support team detailing his request, to which he reluctantly agreed before abruptly ending the conversation. It’s quite clear to me that this could be a scam in the making.

The caller inquired about our website and SEO strategies. They mentioned everything was in order but tried to invite me to a free group. I wasn't quite certain what their intentions were, so I politely ended the conversation and subsequently blocked the number.

I received a call and, upon picking up, the chap on the other end greeted me with a crisp, "Hello sir." My immediate instinct was to brace myself for a sales pitch. So, I inquired, "What are you trying to sell?" To my surprise, he replied, "I'm not selling anything." Then, he proceeded to ask if I was the owner of my property. I pressed for clarity regarding his purpose, insisting he clarify his intentions. He stubbornly repeated that he wasn't a salesman, which prompted me to end the call. Honestly, I can't abide these kinds of nuisances.

I received a call from this number today, but it hung up right as I picked up. Did a quick search on it and found some useful info. Cheers for the warnings, everyone!

Might be a bit fishy, don't you think? A new number without any history rings alarm bells! I answered a call from someone with an accent inquiring about our website, and after assuring them we were fine, I promptly hung up and blocked the number. Interestingly enough, this morning we received a rather menacing email through our website. Its contents claimed we had been compromised and demanded a payment in cryptocurrency! Could there be a connection? Here's the suspicious email we received: Name: DouglaspoerbXO Email: ... Subject: Your website ... was hacked by Ukrainian hackers. Message: Greetings. We are Ukrainian hackers, and we've breached your site, c*****.com. What do we want? A donation in support of Ukraine to this Bitcoin (BTC) wallet by March 25; just a modest sum of 0.05 BTC: ... If you choose to ignore this plea, you’ll find a massive banner plastered across your site, obstructing all visitors until you comply, and should you attempt to rectify the situation, we’ll just target another weakness and do it again. Ultimately, if you refuse to adhere, we’ll have your domain registrar deactivate your site for good. It’s tough to say whether it’s all related or merely coincidence. Take care, everyone!
