Got a call from someone trying to sell me life insurance earlier today. Wasn't really interested but they kept pushing. Definitely a telemarketer just looking for sales.

I received a dodgy phone call from someone purporting to be Tom, claiming to discuss the insulation work I had done on my roof. He insisted that it could lead to problems with condensation. The thing is, the insulation was put in place a decade ago! When I probed him about the timing of the installation, he promptly ended the call. Quite the shady character, if you ask me.

Got loads of calls where they just hang up straight away. About 30 mins before, my landline got a call saying something about pressing 1 or there's an arrest warrant.
