Got a call on my home phone from an older sounding lady, she said she was from BANK SECURITY. She claimed there had been two charges on my account - one about £100 and another over £1,000. She told me to PRESS ONE if I wanted to cancel or PRESS TWO to talk to someone. Total scam! The number apparently is tied to a real company in Scotland. Luckily, I blocked it through BT's 1572 service, which is ace if you’re with BT. BE WARNED - SCAM alert all the way.
