Got a call from 01899562345 just after 9 in the morning. The person said they were from BT and there was an issue with our router. I instantly thought it was dodgy and wasn’t having any of it. I was quite blunt with the caller, who then accused me of being rude and threatened to disconnect our service. I told him to send a letter if they wanted to sort anything out and then ended the call.
