I've had a couple of calls from a voice that sounded either Japanese or Chinese, claiming to be from the BT tech support about issues with my router, which is working perfectly fine. They said they had detected loads of problems, so I asked them for the router's IP address to check myself, and then they just cut the call. Pretty clear scam if you ask me. I've blocked the number now.
