Someone rang me sayin there was some dodgy use of my Visa card, with loads of big charges from the US. They told me I'd need to chat with their fraud team. The so-called 'fraud expert' had a strong accent, sounded unsure, and definitely sounded like he was reading from a script. When I kept asking more questions, he got annoyed, then just hung up on me.
