Just put the phone down. They’re not with BT or any legit internet company. Never share info or let them on your computer. If you’re not busy, you can mess around a bit and keep asking stuff until they get bored and ring off, like they did with me.

Got some daft message about my BT internet and phone being disconnected. It's really annoying now, and to top it off, they're calling from a Scottish number. Proper frustrating!
