So I got a call from this number saying they were from BT about my internet. Weirdly enough, this time it was a real person, not one of those robotic US-accented voices. The person sounded like they had an Indian or Pakistani accent. When I told them I don't have BT internet and asked who exactly they were, they just hung up straight away.
