Just got one of those calls saying 'Your internet's down due to a router issue, press 1 to talk to your provider'. This one actually sounded like a proper English lady, but when I asked about my provider, they were clueless. So I just stayed on the phone hoping to keep them hanging until they finally hung up on me.
