My caller ID showed this number earlier. A robotic voice warned me about a £600 charge made abroad fifteen minutes ago and told me to press 1 if I didn't authorise it. I hung up straight away - no genuine bank communicates like that or is that vague. Plus, I’m sure they want your card details or to get you on a pricey phone line. I rang the number back out of curiosity, and it simply isn’t in service. I’m flagging this as suspicious because it could easily panic someone.
