I’m keen to get to the bottom of who this nuisance is, and I’ve already flagged their behaviour with BT. It’s absolutely unacceptable to harass anyone-it’s actually a criminal act and creates quite the disturbance. If this individual continues, I won’t hesitate to escalate the matter to the police. They have the authority to issue a harassment order, and should the perpetrator continue their antics, they could very well end up in court. It's straightforward, really!
