When I informed the woman on the other end that I hadn't experienced any mishap, she persistently inquired whether anyone I knew had stumbled, been involved in a collision, or faced any other sort of mishap. It was quite obvious she was fishing for info. I've found out their call centre operates out of Liverpool, and after blocking their number due to their incessant attempts to reach me, they’ve resorted to using local phone numbers in a bid to circumvent my barriers.
