Received a rather peculiar silent call today. I answered with a friendly 'hello', but all I got in return was silence before the line went completely dead. As an Ex Directory user, this marks my fifth such incident in less than a day! It's absolutely maddening! I've already lodged a complaint with both BT and OFCOM to see if they can sort this nonsense out.
