She told me I’d paid too much for my oven, but when I mentioned ‘oven’, she quickly changed it to maybe a fridge or a cooker. She insisted she needed my bank details to sort it out. Then, when I asked for specifics, she suddenly said it was about a washing machine warranty. I told her there’s no way I’d give out my bank info, and right after that she just hung up.
