I'm quite unsettled by this caller after receiving a couple of unsolicited calls lately, both claiming there’s an issue with our roof requiring replacement. Considering we manage a handful of rental properties, I decided to inquire which one they meant, but as soon as I asked, he abruptly ended the call. It’s all rather suspect!
