I received a phone call from someone who was adamant about not revealing the name of the individual they were trying to reach, even when I prompted them repeatedly. The woman on the other end was exceptionally hostile, constantly insisting I acknowledge whether I’d been involved in an accident over the past three years. It's quite clear this is a fraudulent call, and I find it alarming. It's high time BT took action and scrapped this number from their service!

Honestly, it's infuriating when folks ring up my mobile and don't bother to leave a message. A bit of courtesy wouldn't go amiss - at least then I'd have a clue about who was trying to get in touch! It’s quite frustrating not knowing if it was something important or just a random call.
