The individual on the line claimed to be representing Brighter Homes, reaching out to owners of show homes who supposedly signed up with them last June to distribute vouchers. He seemed keen to know if I recalled registering as a show home owner, which I absolutely did not. He then proceeded to read out an address he had and insisted I verify if it was mine. I clearly stated that I wouldn’t confirm any details over the phone and inquired about the purpose of his call. He mentioned they were giving away vouchers ranging from £250 to £500 and persistently tried to get my address confirmed again.
