4 yearsGot a call from someone saying they were with Visa. They talked about two payments on my account, one from Amazon and another labelled Money Transfer, which I definitely hadn’t done. They told me to press 2 to talk to the Fraud Team if the charges weren’t mine. When I did, a guy called ‘Nick’ with an Indian accent answered but hung up straight away when I asked which company he was with. I reckon my bank would’ve messaged me directly if there was a real issue.
