My phone just buzzed but when I picked up, there was nobody there. Ended up hanging up.

Got a call off some bloke called Tom, said it was about the gov’s loft insulation we had done. Thing is, we didn’t have any done at all.

So I got a call from someone called Tom talking about loft insulation and how it could be below the latest Government specs and even be the reason I might have damp issues. He was trying to set up a "free" survey, but just as he was about to book it in, I told him to stop and ended the call straight away.
