I got a phone call from someone who sounded like they might be Asian, saying they were from Virgin Media. I've had quite a few calls like this before, all of them were fake. They try to tell me my broadband is broken or about to stop working. Virgin Media never ring customers from any "technical team" - I've checked into this already. Their aim is definitely to scam some money, but today I cut them off quickly and they hung up straight away.
