My 93 yr old mum's phone bill showed a charge of 39p now and then, even tho she's in hospital and not using her phone. It only rings once and then stops. Has anyone else seen this or know who's behind it?

My elderly nan’s phone got hit with calls from this number. She’s now been billed £30 and can’t even use her phone properly. Only her carers use it, nobody else. I reckon this number’s some sort of log-in code for a company to mark when they enter and leave the house. They say it’s free, but obviously it ain’t. The charges kicked in as soon as the carers began coming round.
