I've just discovered that this number has been dialled from my elderly grandmother's home, where she's extremely vulnerable. She's been hit with a £30 charge, which is baffling, as she can’t use the phone herself, and the only people who’ve been there are the carers. It appears that this number acts as some sort of login for the company, allowing them to track their visits. They keep insisting it’s a free service, but given that this fee cropped up the moment they began their visits, it’s anything but. It's deeply concerning!
