I picked up and all I could hear was silence and some faint background sounds. After a bit, a bloke with what seemed like a South Asian accent came on and said, "You've been connected to BT's Technical team." Weird phrase considering they rang me first - clearly looks like a scam. I've gotten calls like this before, often waffling on about issues with my internet. I didn’t say a word and just ended the call. That number is blocked now.
