I got a call with an automated message about some recent crash, asking me to respond. After I did, I was put through to a really polite young guy who said he wanted to wrap up my insurance claim for the car accident. I told him I was surprised how fast the “insurance company” got back, considering I’d only made the claim last week and hadn’t even sorted the funeral for my wife yet. “Sorry?” he asked. I told him again that my wife had died in the accident and we hadn’t buried her. Then he just hung up on me. What a tosser!
