It's really worrying how they have got my full name, address and postcode. I told the woman this time I was going to report her to the police, and she just ended the call. Honestly, they should do more to stop these calls, especially to protect vulnerable people.

There was a lengthy silence before some computerized voice started saying Amazon and another business charged me £1000. Then it told me to hit 1 or 2 to continue.
