Frustrating? That’s an understatement! As a business owner, I truly have no time for numpties trying their luck by ringing me up. It’s high time there was a policy tied to any telecom or internet service stating that if a certain number of complaints are lodged against a number, their service should be cut off instantly! Naturally, they would still owe the balance of their contract, serving as a penalty for their own foolishness. Honestly, these individuals should channel their energy into something constructive instead of pestering the rest of us. I suppose it does inadvertently boost the sales of call-blocking devices and applications, though!

I've had yet another irritating call regarding PPI. I've already informed them that the matter is resolved, yet they refuse to take the hint. I kindly asked them to leave me alone and ended the call, but I can just tell they'll be back. Doing my best to block the number now!
