Frustrating doesn't even cover it! I run a business and have no patience for daft people ringing me up. There really ought to be a rule with every phone or internet provider that if a certain number of complaints are filed against a number, the service gets cut off straight away. They can still be made to pay the rest of their contract, which would be their own penalty. Honestly, these folk should find better things to do rather than pestering everyone. Mind you, I guess it does boost sales for "call blocker" handsets and apps!

Got a call from one of those PPI claim people again. I already said I've sorted it out, but they just wouldn’t take the hint. I was nice and asked them to stop calling, then ended the call. I’m sure they’ll ring back though, so I’m looking at blocking the number.
