I just received a rather peculiar call from someone named Tom, who claimed to have information from the Eco Bureau regarding my loft insulation. Apparently, it’s causing some condensation issues. However, as soon as I inquired how he came by this information, he abruptly hung up on me. To make matters worse, the number he called from doesn’t accept incoming calls. It all feels a bit dodgy, if you ask me.
