I got a call from a number local to me, but not linked to any company or official business. The person on the phone claimed there had been an unauthorised cash transfer of £1100 on my card. They told me to press 1 to cancel it or 2 to speak with their team. Honestly, do they really expect us to fall for that? It’s like they think we’re complete mugs.
