I received a call from this number earlier, and the person on the other end mentioned that I had a PPI payout coming my way within a fortnight. They also insisted that I must purchase life insurance first in order to reclaim the tax on it. Quite the peculiar conversation, I must say!

I reckon that was a total scam call. Felt really fake from the start.

Got a call from a bloke with a white English accent, a recorded message saying I was under investigation by HMRC for tax evasion and I needed to call them back. Tried ringing a few times to find out which company it was from, but the line was always busy. Pretty sure it was just some scam or a cold call tactic.
