I've received a barrage of calls over the last couple of days from someone claiming to be from "Microsoft Security." The bloke on the other end had an Asian accent and insisted that my computer had been compromised, alleging that some dodgy activities were happening. He even had the audacity to ask me to provide the name of my nearest police station and the main user of my computer. After hanging up on him several times, I finally lost my patience and told him to shove off and cease his incessant calling.

At 9 o’clock this morning, this number rang me. Normally, if I don’t know the number and there’s no voicemail, I just let it ring off. Later on I looked it up and saw it’s been pestering other people too. Really relieved I ignored it!
