Had a right laugh with some bloke from Kolkata claiming to be from Microsoft. Just kept him yapping on the phone while I took the mick out of him. What a cheeky little adventure! Absolutely cracking time, laughter all around, haha!

I'm not entirely certain if this was a legitimate company, but I did adjust my computer's settings, and they seemed to try and pitch us something.
