Got a call from someone saying they were from Comfy Homes, offering a free loft insulation check. I made it clear I wasn’t interested, but they just wouldn’t take no for an answer. Definitely going to report this as an unsolicited cold call.

At around 2 this afternoon, I got a call from someone claiming to be a surveyor. They mentioned that the insulation in my loft, which was done a few years back, might require an inspection. They insisted it was a free service and said something about it being fiberglass insulation.
