A really courteous woman rang up saying she was from Premier Christian Radio and wanted to talk to my missus. Every time, my missus wasn’t around. She didn’t really take on board what I said and ended up handing over some cash. Now she’s being hassled for more money, even though she clearly told them it was a one-time thing! Thought GDPR was meant to stop this kind of pestering!!! What a joke! All these laws but no one to back them up. So, I’m marking this number as Harassing.

Yeah, its Premier Christian Radio and ive been supporting them for a while now. The issue is they’re likely ringing up to ask for more donations, wich i can’t afford at the moment, so i just dont pick up cos its hard to say no. They got my mobile too, so once my landline stops buzzing, my phone starts. Probably i should just answer to make them stop calling, but its the same with loads of charities. Once you give regularly, they keep your info and keep asking for more. I wonder if this will change once gdpr is fully in place.

A gentleman rang me up wanting to have a chat about something specific-mentioned my name directly. He inquired if it was a good time for me to talk, then referred to it as being from Burma? Sounded to me like he was representing a Christian station or something of the sort. Now, I must mention, my hearing isn’t the best, so I might’ve missed a few bits. I told him he’d caught me off guard as I was just waking up! He said he’d give me another ring on a different day.

I’ve got trouble hearing properly, but it definitely didn’t sound like “Premier.” He asked if now was a good time to chat, and I told him he’d just woken me up. If they were genuine, you'd expect a polite, straightforward message detailing their identity, the reason for their call, and perhaps an indication they'd reach out again later. What strikes me as odd is that the phone never actually rings; I just find a missed call on my line.
