Someone rang me claiming to be from AXA Health, said our policy was due for renewal and offered to review it to see if we could cut costs. I was a bit wary, so I called AXA directly to double check, and they said the call was legit. Had a chat with the advisor and ended up saving £38 each month. Just to say, this wasn’t a dodgy call at all.

Seems like this number belongs to AXA PPP. They've called me loads of times, either just hanging up or not saying anything. I picked up today and a young woman asked for my husband. When I asked where she was from, she said AXA PPP, then asked when would be a good time to ring back. I told her we're no longer with AXA, and she hung up quite rudely. Got a call around 2.40pm on 20th June from a young woman. She sounded like she knew my first name. The connection was really bad and kept cutting out, so I couldn't clearly hear what she was saying.
