I've just ascertained that this phone number belongs to CARS, which is a debt collection agency. They keep bombarding me with calls regarding an insurance policy I’ve never actually taken out. When I provided my postcode, they claimed it was incorrect! They even insisted that my name was something else entirely (how bizarre!). I should clarify something from my prior two messages: it appears that 01892318433 is a bit of a hidden number, masquerading as though it's originating from my local phone exchange. The actual number belonging to the company is 01256306911. Quite deceptive, if you ask me!

I received a call from a call centre today. They were probing for my personal details but refused to disclose anything about the purpose of the call until I had responded to some 'security queries'. They mentioned a company by the name of C.A.R.S., but I'm a bit sceptical about the whole situation.
