I got a call on my partner’s phone from a man with an Indian accent, asking specifically for my partner by name. I told him that my partner had sadly died several months back, but we were still keeping the phone number for some property reasons. Afterwards, he phoned again pretending to be my partner, which was really upsetting given my recent loss. Even though the number was clearly fake, I reported both the caller and the number to the police but honestly doubt anything will come of it. Best thing is to just block and ignore if you get calls like this - if he rings again at all.

picked up, could hear loads of noise in the background, then the line just dropped. seems like another dodgy call centre.
