The caller ID said “international” but the calls log actually showed a UK pseudo-geographic number. As soon as the automated voicemail started playing, i just ended the call - another annoying cold call even though we’re on the TPS list. I’ve labelled it as “harassing” since it’s the first time this particular number called, but it sounds a lot like other UK landline spoof numbers that do this same thing - cold calling then dropping the call.
