I just got a rather dubious call from this number, purporting to be Microsoft Security. They requested that I log into my computer to resolve some alleged issues. Given that I own a Mac, I found it rather odd and started probing him about how he got my information and could provide the name of his supposed London office. He had quite an accent - sounded Asian, in fact. It seems my questions flustered him, as he cut the call short rather abruptly once I began to press him for details.

Charming bloke, though he didn't seem to hail from the UK. He asserted he worked for Microsoft and was on their security squad. However, he appeared a bit touchy when I started asking questions and assumed I was using an Apple Mac!
