Received a call on my phone today, and it showed up as Specsavers Opticians in Rugeley, claiming two pairs of glasses were prepared for pickup on the 28th of December. I informed the caller that she'd reached the wrong number, and she promptly hung up. However, she called back almost instantly. When I inquired about her location, she mentioned Staffordshire. To my surprise, she then recited my number back to me, confirming it was, in fact, mine. I reminded her that I was situated in Scotland, to which she sincerely apologised and assured me she would erase my number from her records. Quite an odd occurrence, isn’t it?
