I received a call from a gentleman with an Asian accent yesterday. He stated that he was reaching out to confirm whether I qualified for a grant to have my loft insulation replaced for free. However, he started probing for some personal details, including my name and address. He also inquired if I owned the property. Quite suspicious behaviour, if you ask me!

Turns out it didn’t. He guessed I was renting, then said cheers and ended the call. Just now, got a nearly identical call from a Portsmouth number.
