got a call from some american sounding robot saying my bt internet was going to be cut off this morning, no clue why tho. it told me to press 1 to talk to ‘bti’ but obviously i didn’t press anything. i’m pretty sure if i had, i’d have ended up chatting with someone pretending to be helpful just to scam my bank info to ‘fix’ this fake disconnection. i’ll be calling bt myself soon to check, but i’m certain this is just the usual scam and my internet won’t be cut off at all.
